Árstíðir

Árstíðir ( German: " Seasons" ) is an Icelandic indie - folk band with elements of classical music, progressive rock and minimalism. The band was founded in 2008 in Reykjavík and has since released three albums.

The group consists of Hallgrímur Jónas Jensson ( cello ), Karl Aldi Steinn Pestka (violin), Gunnar Már Jakobsson (guitar ), Daniel Auðunsson (guitar), Ragnar Ólafsson (baritone guitar) and Jón Elísson ( piano). Moreover sing all six band members.
