Aryadeva

Aryadeva ( 3rd century ) was a Ceylonese philosopher of Mahayana Buddhism, and disciple of Nagarjuna. Under the name Kānadeva he is also known as the 15th Patriarch of Zen. His most famous work is the " Four Hundred Verses" ( Catuhshataka - shastra - karika ).
