ASC Diaraf

ASC Diaraf ( Association Sportive et Culturelle Diaraf ) is a Senegalese football club from the capital, Dakar.

History

The club was founded as a foyer France Sénégal Papa Guèye case on 9 May 1933 as Cultural Association, 1946 got a sports department and participated in the 1940s and 1950s in the Coupe d' AOF, the cup competition of the French colonial federation of French West Africa and won the title in 1948. This title was later followed by national champions and cup titles in independent Senegal. For the 2009/10 season playing Diaraf in Ligue 1, the highest Senegalese league.
