Ashford Castle (Irish Caisleán Cheapach Corcóige ) is the name of a medieval castle on the shores of Lough Corrib. The castle is located near the village of Cong in County Mayo in the Republic of Ireland.

Ashford Castle was built in the 13th century by an Anglo-Norman noble family.

Ashford Castle was rebuilt from the 1850s by Benjamin Guinness and his son Arthur Guinness, 1st Baron Ardilaun and expanded. In 1939 the castle was purchased by Noel Huggard, established the Ashford Castle as a first class property.

Today, Ashford Castle is home to one of the most exclusive 5 star hotels in Ireland. The hotel is one of the Leading Hotels of the World.
