Aslan Kerimov

Kərimov Aslan ( Aslan Kerimov also; Azerbaijani Aslan oglu Səməd Kərimov; * January 1, 1973 in Baku, AsSSR ) is an Azerbaijani footballer. He is a midfielder and began his career in 1989 at TERMIST Baku. After playing three years in Baku, he moved in 1992 to Qarabağ Aghdam. After he played from 1996 to 1997 for Neftchi Baku and 1997-1998 for the FK Ganja, he went in 1999 to Russia Baltika Kaliningrad. He remained there only a year and signed in 2000 for two years at Şəmkir in Baku. Since 2002 he plays again at Qarabağ Agdam as their captain. In his athletic career, he was with three different clubs four times Azerbaijani champion (1993, 1998, 2000, 2001), one runner-up (1994) and won three with Qarabağ the Azerbaijani Cup (1993, 2006, 2009).
