Assembly of Turkmenistan

The Assembly of Turkmenistan ( Turkmen Mejlis, Russian Парламент Туркмении ) is the unicameral Parliament in policy of Turkmenistan.

125 MPs In Parliament elected for five years ( since new Constitution of Turkmenistan from 2008). The parliament building is located in the capital, Ashgabat.

The deputies who are not independent are, in the Turkmen party system has always been with the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan.
