Ãsta Ãrnadóttir
Ásta Árnadóttir (born 9 June 1983) is an Icelandic footballer. The defender was most recently in 2010 when the Icelandic club Valur Reykjavík under contract and played for the Icelandic national team.
Ásta was in the 2001 season for the club Þór / KA / KS from Akureyri her debut in the Icelandic league. In 2003, she joined Valur Reykjavík. With Valur it was 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2008 as well as 2006 champion Icelandic Icelandic Cup winner. For the 2009 season, she moved to the Swedish first division Tyresö FF. In 2010 she played one more game for Valur Reykjavík.
On September 25, 2004, she made her debut in an international match against the USA in the Icelandic national team. Your last match she made on 17 September 2009. Failed to score in their 36 internationals her succeeded.
Ásta is known for its Salto interjections. UEFA took on a training video in which Ásta demonstrated their technique.
