Astún is a small place and well-known winter sports area below the Somport in the western Pyrenees. It belongs to the municipality of Jaca in Huesca province of the Autonomous Community of Aragon. In the field of Aragón River originates.

Ski resort

Astún is one of the most modern ski resorts of the Pyrenees. There are 41 km of marked pistes. The highest point is the summit of La Raca with 2350 m dar. He has vertical slopes with a height of up to 650 m.
