Attila the Stockbroker
Attila the Stockbroker ( born October 21, 1957 John Baine ) is a song writer, musician and poet from Brighton, England.
History
Inspired by the spirit of " Do-It- Yourself ' ethos of punk rock and The Clash with their radical political views, he began with his appearances 1980. 1994 Attila founded the band " Barnstormer. " A prominent founding member was Ray Burns, aka Captain Sensible of The Damned. But He rose again from a short time later to pursue his solo career. Barnstormer published in 1996 their debut album "The Siege of Shoreham "; their second album " Just One Life " came out in October 2000 and the last album " Zero Tolerance " in March 2004. They tour throughout Europe. Attila is also since 2000 the official poet (" Poet in Residence " ) of the football club Brighton & Hove Albion. He also brought out books of poetry. In 2000 he appeared in the German movie " double " by Matthias Lehmann.
