Aude

The Aude department [o ː d] is a French department of order number 11 It is in the south of the country in the Languedoc-Roussillon region and was named after the river Aude.

Geography

The Aude lies to the north on the western Mediterranean coast from the Pyrenees. It is crossed by the Aude.
