Aulus Postumius Albinus

Aulus Postumius Albinus († 89 BC) was a Roman politician of the late Republic.

Presumably he is equated with the same brother of Spurius Postumius Albinus, consul 110 BC, who fought as a legacy to the Numiderkönig Jugurtha under this and suffered a crushing defeat. 99 BC succeeded Aulus yet, even to become consul. In 89 BC he was legate of Sulla and fleet commander and was killed by his own soldiers for alleged treason.
