Ava Ohlgren

Ava Bailey Ohlgren ( born January 31, 1988 in Morganton, North Carolina) is an American swimmer.

Life

She was the daughter of Kurt and Terri Ohlgren to the world and has worked with Kathryn and Derek two siblings. Along with these, they grew up in Northville, Michigan, on. There she attended high school and swam in their youth for the Bulldog Aquatic Club. Early on she drew attention to himself by remarkable athletic achievements, was two-time U.S. champion school and subsequently received the honor for Michigan High School Swimmer of the Year. She later enrolled at Auburn University in Alabama for a degree in exercise physiology. Over the years Ohlgren won several medals at competitions in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA ) and the Southeastern Conference (SEC). Her achievements on the international stage, however, they celebrated. So she was able to secure two gold medals at the Pan American Games in 2007 in Brazil's Rio de Janeiro. Two years later, they also dominated at the Summer Universiade in Belgrade, the competition and celebrated five victories - two in individual races and three with the seasons. So they chose to become one of the most successful athletes of the Universiade and the record title holder of their university.

After graduating with a Grade Point Average (GPA ) of 3.2 / 4.0 Ohlgren moved to Nashville, Tennessee. In competitive swimming is no longer active.
