Awanui River

The Awanui River is a river in the Northland on the North Island of New Zealand. It is located at the base of Aupouri Peninsula and flows over a total of 30 km only in a westerly then northerly direction. It flows east of the village Unahi in the Rangaunu Harbour. The town of Kaitaia is located on its banks.
