Axel Alfredsson

Axel Alfredsson ( born 2 May 1902 in Helsingborg; † August 9, 1966 in Nacka ) was a Swedish football player.

Career

Alfredsson began in 1916 to play football at the club. In the early years of Swedish football, he moved several times the club. He was active 1916-1920 for five different teams. In 1920 he moved to Klippans IF Helsingborgs IF. Here he remained until 1929 and won the Swedish championship title. He then moved on to league rivals AIK Solna, with which he could celebrate his second championship in 1932. In 1936, he ended his career.

Between 1924 and 1932, denied Alfredsson 31 caps for Sweden. In the 1924 Olympics he won the bronze medal with the selection.
