Ayinger Brewery

The Aying brewery is a private brewery in the village Aying, which is 25 kilometers south-east of Munich in the district of Munich.

History

The brewery was founded in 1878 by Johann Liebhard and has since been run as a family.

1999 a new brewery at Munich's Road was opened, which was at that time the most modern brewery in Europe. Here is since August 2008, the entire administration at home.

Business

The brewery will be conducted by Franz island chamber, the second Bräugeneration from the family island chamber. In 2010 it employed eighty employees. The total output is about 100,000 hectoliters a year. As the only brewery in the Munich region Aying brewery features a deep well that provides water to bottled water quality from 176 meters depth.

On the second weekend in October hosts the brewery " Bräukirta ", a celebration with beer tent, artisans and regional specialized food market.

Range

The Ayinger Brewery produced a total of 14 beers. In addition, a mineral water from the deep wells, and several soft drinks sold under the brand name Frucade under license.
