Badghis Province

Badghis (Persian بادغیس ) is a province ( velayat ) in northwestern Afghanistan with 522,000 inhabitants. The capital of this province is Qala -i - Naw. The Badghis province borders Herat, Ghor, Faryab and to the state of Turkmenistan.
