Bagarmossen metro station
Bagarmossen is an underground station of the Stockholm Metro. It is located in the homonymous district Bagarmossen. The station is served by the Gröna linjen the Stockholm subway system. The station is one of the more moderate frequented stations of the metro network. On a normal working day rise 6,000 commuters (as of 2008 ) here.
The station was taken on April 17, 1958 as above-ground station in operation, as the portion of the Gröne was inaugurated linjen between Skärmarbrink - Hammarbyhöjden. Until 15 August 1994, she was also the terminus of line T17, from then on, the trains on the newly built underground section to the present terminus Skarpnäck. This was also the last section, which was built for the Tunnelbana. The platforms are about 19 feet below the ground. The station is located between the stations Skarpnäck and Kärrtorp. Stockholm Central Station is about 7.5 km away.
