Bahar DoÄŸan

Bahar Doğan ( born September 2, 1974 in İzmit ) is a Turkish marathon runner.

2006 Bahar Doğan Eleventh was at the Istanbul Marathon. The following year she finished sixth at the Dusseldorf marathon, finishing at the World Athletics Championships in Osaka the 40th place. As an overall sixth bullet was later nominated in the autumn in Istanbul national champion and the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, where she arrived on the 50th place. It was then ten in Istanbul.

In 2009 she won the half-marathon competition of the Antalya Marathon and Half-Marathon and the Trabzon was as fifth overall in Istanbul Turkish champion again.

In 2010 she defended with a sixth place in Istanbul their national championship title.

Doğan was in the squad of the Turkish team for the Olympic Summer Games in 2012. In London, she put the Olympic marathon course back in 2:36,35 hours. Thus, it was ranked at 63 out of Final Ranking.

Bahar Doğan is 1.56 m tall, according to other sources 1.58 meters tall and weighs 48 kg. She is coached by Ertan Hatipoğlu and starts for the club Üsküdar Belediyesi. In temporal proximity to the Olympic Games in 2012 the Istanbul club Uskudar Municipality Sports Club was named as the home club for the sport student of Kocaeli Üniversitesi in İzmit.
