The Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia da Bahia, in short: Instituto Federal da Bahia ( IFBA ) is a technical educational institution ( polytechnic ) in the Brazilian state of Bahia, headquartered in Salvador.

The IFBA offers courses and training programs at different levels of secondary and tertiary education in nine campuses in seven different cities in the state.

The decor is, as a school of a federal level the Brazilian Ministry of Education ( Ministério da Educação ).
