Barchfeld (Verwaltungsgemeinschaft)

In the administration of Community Barchfeld in the Thuringian Wartburg district 1994 Barchfeld communities and Immelborn were merged with the districts Übelroda, Ettmarshausen and Hauenhof for joint execution of their administrative business.

Office of the Management Community was Barchfeld.

On 3 November 2011, the mayor of both communities signed an agreement for the integration Immel Born after Barchfeld in 2012. The new municipality is named Barchfeld - Immelborn. With the completion of the integration on December 31, 2012, administrative community was dissolved.
