Bargaal (also Bargal written ) is a town in northeastern Somalia with about 7000 inhabitants.

It is isolated on the coast in mountainous area in the region of Bari, which is part of the de facto autonomous Puntland. From the mid-19th century to the beginning of the 20th century Bargaal was the center of the dominions of the Sultanate Majerteen.
