Baritú National Park

The National Park Baritú is a nature reserve in 1974 opened in the department of Santa Victoria in the province of Salta in Argentina. It covers an area of 724 km ² and is located within the Biosphere Reserve of the Argentine cloud forest, also called " Yungas ". The area consists of a hilly jungle landscape, in which the prevailing hot and humid subtropical to tropical climate with annual rainfall of 900-1300 mm. The park is characterized by its high species richness.

In the field of the tropical diseases yellow fever, dengue, leishmaniasis and malaria, and the light transmitted through rodent hantavirus occur.
