Bartolomeo Altomonte

Bartolomeo Altomonte or Bartholomew (also Hohenberg ) ( born February 24, 1694 Warsaw, † November 11, 1783 in St. Florian) was an Austrian painter and representatives of baroque fresco painting.

Life

Bartolomeo came in 1694 as the third of six children in a suburb of Warsaw today to the world. His father, Martino Altomonte, had been previously summoned to the court of the Polish King Jan Sobieski.
