Bartolomeo Roverella

Bartolomeo Rover Ella (* 1406 in Rovigo, † May 5, 1476 in Ferrara) was Roman Catholic Archbishop of Ravenna and cardinal.

From 1445 to 1475 was a Rover Ella Archbishop of Ravenna. In December 1461 he was created by Pope Pius II in the consistory cardinal.

The assigned to him in January 1462 titular church in Rome was San Clemente. His secretary was in Rome Filippo Buonaccorsi.

After the death of Pius II on August 14, 1464 in Ancona met Bartolomeo Cardinal Rover Ella from his legation in Naples on August 23, 1464 in Rome and took part in the conclave to elect the new pope.

1447, he announced the construction of the majestic Palazzo Roverella in Rovigo.
