The Barycz ( German Bartsch, latin Barussus ) is a right tributary of the Oder in Poland.

Course

It rises near the town of Ostrow Wielkopolski in southern Wielkopolska. It is about 133 kilometers (previously given as 165 km) long and flows through numerous pond areas in the northwest. Along the Barycz are the towns Odolanów, Milicz, Sułów, Żmigród and Wąsosz. In the village Wyszanów near Szlichtyngowa Bartsch joins the Oder.
