Bashidang

Bashidang ( Bashidang Yizhi八十 垱 遗址) is a Neolithic site of Pengtoushan culture, which in the large village Mengxi in Li County (澧县" Lixian " ) was discovered in the Chinese province of Hunan. It is to the period before 8000 - 9000 dated. It grown in wet crops Xian rice were discovered (籼), Jing (or Geng ) rice (粳) and Wild Rice野生 稻(Oryza rufipogon ).

The Bashidang - site since 2001 has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China ( 5-93 ).
