Bashy

Bashy ( born February 4, 1985 in Chiswick, London, real name Ashley Thomas ) is an English grime rapper and actor.

Biography

The mid-2000s became Bashy with his mixtapes in the London Grime scene recognition. His breakthrough came in 2008 with the song Black Boys. In the same year followed Kidulthood to Adulthood, the title song from the film Adulthood Noel Clarke. It just missed the Top 75 in the UK charts.

The following year saw his debut album Catch Me If You Can, with whom he reached number 85 on the album charts. With his single These Are the songs, which was released in September 2013, it reached number 87 of the singles chart.

Even before his musical success Bashy had already been active as an actor. From 2010 he worked in films like Shank, 4.3.2.1 and The Veteran with.
