Bata Živojinović

Velimir " Bata " Živojinović ( born June 5, 1933 at Koraćica Kosmaj, Kingdom of Yugoslavia) is a Serbian actor, comedian and theater actor. His reputation in the Balkans is higher than that of politicians. The number of roles in his career are second to none in South and South-East Europe.

Life

Since the age of 15 to Živojinović operated as an actor. Sometimes he worked as an extra in an academic theater in Belgrade. First, he took an apprenticeship at the " Middle actresses schools " in Novi Sad and Niš. After two consecutive failed Shoo tests in the Belgrade Theatre Academy, he passed the exam in 1954.

In Belgrade Drama Theatre after he took every role that was offered to him, including women's roles or roles of colored people. At this time Živojinović played more than 300 roles played annually. Later he moved to the film industry.

His first film role in 1955 in the film by director Novakovic " Pesma sa Kumbare " and listened to the theater. With the film "Tren " from the year 1978 he received an award in Moscow.
