Bay Networks

Bay Networks was a manufacturer of network technology, which was bought in June 1998 from Nortel, which was the biggest merger of this technique with the conventional communication technology for information and communication technology at the time.

Bay was created in October 1994 by the merger of SynOptics and Wellfleet Communications. The products of both companies complemented each other well, but SynOptics in Silicon Valley and Wellfleet on Massachusetts Route 128 not only divided the entire continent, but also the different history and culture of the two technological centers in the United States.
