Sevastopol bay

The bay of Sevastopol (Ukrainian Севастопольска затока / Sewastopolska zatoka; Russian Севастопольская бухта / Sevastopol buchta ) is a small bay in the south of the Crimean peninsula, 8 km cuts inland to the mouth of Chorna.

The bay shares the same Ukrainian port city into a northern and a southern half. In the latter, the center of the city of Sevastopol extends over several hills. The northern and the southern half of the bay of Sevastopol are connected by a regular ferry service.
