The Beaver River ( English for " Beaver River ") is a right tributary of the Stewart River in Canada's Yukon Territory.

The Beaver River rises in the Eastern Ogilvie Mountains. It flows southeasterly direction in predominantly through the mountains and reaches approximately 120 km away coming from the east Stewart River. In the mouth close to the mean discharge of the Beaver River is 56 m³ / s

The Beaver River is used for whitewater canoeing. A starting point for such tours are the Scougale Lakes. From there, they lead on the right tributary Scougale Creek and the lower river section of the Beaver River down to the Stewart River and continue on this.
