Becki Newton

Becki Newton ( born July 4, 1978 in New Haven, Connecticut, as Rebecca Sara Newton ) is an American actress.

Life and achievements

The actress grew up together with her brother Matt in Guilford on, a city in the U.S. state of Connecticut. During her school years collected Newton first acting experience in local theater plays and musicals. Later she studied, among others in Europe and South America before she completed her study of European history at the University of Pennsylvania.

Then it drew the actress to New York City, where she appeared in several television commercials and hosted an interview show names Movie Junky was. Guest roles in television series followed, such as in Charmed - Magical Witches and Cold Case - No victim is ever forgotten, before 2006, a supporting role in the series Ugly Betty! obtained. In the sitcom How I Met Your Mother it occurs from the middle of season 7 as a supporting actress.

Becki Newton is married to Canadian actor Chris Diamantopoulos since May 12, 2005 and in November 2010 a son.
