Beer soup

Warm beer soup was in the German language, especially in the country until well into the 19th century, a common breakfast for adults and children, with small beer was used; It was only gradually supplanted by the new fashion, morning coffee to drink and to eat bread. In the Oldenburg region the drink is traditionally known as Heet and Söt (hot and sweet ), and is usually drunk in the winter.

A warm beer variant is the eggs beer, which is deducted with eggs and optional rum.
