Belarusian Republican Youth Union

The Belarusian Republican Union Young ( Russian Version: Белорусский республиканский союз молодежи ) is a Belarusian pro-government youth organization. It was created on 6 September 2002 from a merger of Belarusian Youth Union and the Belarusian Patriotic Youth Union. The organization describes itself on its website as a successor to the Komsomol. The Belarusian Republican Youth is patriotic and is loyal to President Alexander Lukashenko. Its activities include marching with the Belarusian flag on memorial of the fallen Soviet soldiers during the Second World War. But the organization also organizes sports activities and concerts.
