Belgrade Book Fair

The International Belgrade Book Fair is one of the oldest regional book events in Serbia.

Both national and regional Serbian publisher put on the show before publishing their annual production. History

The first book fair was held in 1956 in the Yugoslav Zagreb under the patronage of Josip Broz Tito instead. In attendance were writers in the country, among them Ivo Andrić and Miroslav Krleža.
