Belinda Bauer (actress)

Belinda Jane Bauer ( born June 13, 1950) is an Australian actress.

Life

Belinda Bauer worked as a ballet dancer and model in New York. Her first feature film appearance was in 1979 on the side of Jeff Bridges in The Ringer. Immediately afterwards, she played again with Bridges in Philadelphia clan. It went on to star in the fantasy film The magic arch as well as in Time Rider - The Adventure of Lyle Swann. In 1983 she had a supporting role in Flashdance and the title role in the television production The murders of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. The following year she was seen in the pilot double episode of the television series Airwolf, and as the female lead role of Delilah in the Bible film Samson and Delilah, but then her film career came to a halt. Weird Al Yankovic's parody in film UHF - transmitter with limited hope they had in 1989 a tiny role as Schlammcatcherin.

In the 1990s she had several guest appearances in television series such as Murder She Wrote and Palm Beach - Duo as well as supporting roles in films RoboCop 2 and Poison Ivy II
