The Bellingshausen Station is a Russian Antarctic station in Collins Harbor, King George Iceland at the Maxwell Bay. It was built in 1968 by the Soviet Union on the nearly ice-free western Fildes Peninsula and served the Russian fishing fleet Antarctica as Home Depot.

Already in 1959 planned the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, the commissioning of a research station on the sixth continent. The official opening takes place only on 22 February 1968 on this occasion took over Arnold Budretzki the management of the station. The attending scientists operate research in the fields of meteorology, glaciology, geophysics, and biology. The polar explorer received for their special apparel sleeve patches, which showed a seal head from the Map of the King George Island. Since the opening of the GDR biologists could stay in the station and participate in the exploration of the South Shetlands. The station can accommodate 25 residents, but it can live up to 50 people there.

The station was named after the Baltic German navigator in Russian service Fabian Gottlieb von Bellingshausen.

Near the station is the Trinity Church, the southernmost Russian Orthodox church in the world.

At the site there is a monitoring station of SDCM system.
