Bellis sylvestris is a species of the genus of daisies (Bellis ).

Features

Bellis sylvestris is a perennial rosette Hemikryptophyt which reaches heights of growth 15 to 30 centimeters. The blades are up to 25 mm wide. They are dark green and on the basis of long wedge-shaped. The heads have a diameter of (25 ) from 30 to 40 millimeters. The bracts are ( 5) 7 to 12 millimeters in size, narrowly oblong and more or less pointed. The ray florets are often overcrowded red on both sides.

The flowering period extends from September to June.

Occurrence

Bellis sylvestris comes in the Mediterranean in moist, shady spots in woods, thickets and Phrygana at altitudes 0-1100 ( 1500) meters in front.
