Bellview Airlines

Bellview Airlines was a Nigerian airline based in Lagos.

History

The airline was founded in 1992 as a charter airline for business flights and started operations with a Yakovlev Yak - 40. 1993 first national passenger flights were carried out; this one took a chartered Douglas DC -9- 30th In 2009 it terminated the operation.

Incidents

• A Boeing 737-200 of the airline crashed on 22 October 2005 on the way from Lagos to Abuja shortly after taking off from, it came all 111 passengers and six crew members lost their lives.
