Ben Jacques-Maynes

Benjamin Jacques- Maynes ( born September 22, 1978 in Berkeley ) is an American cyclo-cross and road racing cyclist. His twin brother Andy is also cyclists.

Ben Jacques- Maynes in 2001 U.S. Cross Champion in the U23 category. The next year he turned professional at the Sierra Nevada Cycling Team Cannondale. In his first season there, he won the overall title of the Madera Stage Race for themselves. In 2004 he won a stage at Nature Valley Grand Prix, where he was also the first in the overall standings. A year later he won a portion of the Fitchburg Longsjo Classic. Since 2007, Jacques- Maynes goes for the Continental Team Priority Health - Bissell. In his first season there, he won two stages in the Central Valley Classic, and so could the Appreciation decide for themselves. He also won the Sequoia Cycling Classic and one lap of the Mount Hood Classic and at the Cascade Classic.
