Benjamin Weigelt ( born September 4, 1982 in Bocholt ) is a German football player.

Career

Clubs

The 182 cm and 71 kg soccer player moved in 2001 from his own youth department for Regional team Rot-Weiss Essen, where he spent three years as a regular player on the left side of defense. Weigelt 2004 rose by RWE to the 2nd Bundesliga, but skipped this League and joined the newly promoted Bundesliga 1 FSV Mainz 05 in Mainz Weigelt was first weeks only substitute.
