Benyamin Nuss

Benyamin Nuss ( born June 20, 1989 in Bergisch Gladbach ) is a German pianist.

Life

As a six- year-old son of trombonist Ludwig Nuss and nephew of jazz pianist Hubert Nuss received his first piano lessons and was promoted in the piano workshop of Viktor Langemann in Erftstadt. From 2004 Nut was informed by the concert pianist Andreas Frölich in Bonn and joined in 2006 as a young student to Ilya Scheps at the Musikhochschule in Cologne, Department of Aachen, where he continued his studies in piano major upon completion of the baccalaureate. In addition, he attended courses at Ragna Schirmer, Ilana Shapira Marinescu and Anatol Ugorski.

His success enabled nut 2005 with the NRW Youth Orchestra under Hermann Bäumer to perform the first piano concerto by Ludwig van Beethoven. In addition, he led his concerts in the Laeiszhalle and the Cologne Philharmonie. Since 2006 he has been a fellow of the Werner Richard - Dr. Carl Dörken Foundation and gave piano recitals and concerts with orchestras in North Rhine-Westphalia as well as with the Warsaw Symphony Orchestra. In the fall of 2008, he was heard with 12 concerts soloist in the cycle " Best of NRW". In the fall of 2009, he was heard with the WDR Radio Orchestra Cologne, including in the concert "Symphonic Fantasies", which had video game music of the manufacturer Square Enix on the topic. On 25 September 2010 he performed as a soloist at the Tufa Trier.

On September 19, was released in 2010 with Benyamin Nuss Plays Uematsu his debut album on the nut the works of Japanese video game composer Nobuo Uematsu interpreted on the piano. In the autumn he went with this album on tour.
