Berkin Kamil Arslan

Berkin Kamil Arslan ( born February 3, 1992 Milas ) is a Turkish football player in the service of Şanlıurfaspor.

Career

Club career

Arslan began with the club football in the youth of Nazilli Belediyespor. Here he fell to the talent scouts from Galatasaray Istanbul and was established in 2007, equipped with a professional contract, transferred to the youth department of the Istanbul. For the season 2008/ 09 he was taken to the pre-season training camp by the then coach Michael Skibbe. Then he turned back to the reserve team though, but sat for some cup games on the bench. He also debuted on 23 December 2009 at a Cup match against Trabzonspor. He was loaned to second-division Kartalspor For the second half of the 2011/12 season and played here in three league games.

With the expiry of his contract with Galatasaray in the summer of 2012, he left this club and moved to the new second division Şanlıurfaspor.

National

Arslan went through of the Turkish U-15 to U-19 youth national teams, all of Turkey. In 2009 he took part with the Turkish U- 17 team at the U -17 Football Championship in 2009, but already retired in the group stage with his team from the tournament. In the same year he took part with the Turkish U- 17 team at the FIFA U-17 World Cup in 2009 and reached with his team's quarter-finals.
