Bernard Chrzanowski

Bernard von Chrzanowski ( born July 27, 1861 in Wojnowice, Circle Gratz; † 12 December 1944 Konstancin ) was a lawyer, Polish senator and member of the German Reichstag.

Life

Chrzanowski visited the Marian High School in Poznan and the universities in Krakow and Berlin. Beginning in 1885 he was the first lawyer in Saxony and Thuringia, and from 1890 in Poznan. Furthermore, he was president of the Polish Sokol Gymnastics Club. In 1919, he became the Polish Undersecretary of State, and from 1922 to 1928 he was curator of the school board of poses. In 1935, he became the Polish senator. Furthermore, he was also active in the Boy Scout movement.

From 1901 to 1909 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the electoral district of the administrative district of Posen 1 ( Poznan ).
