Bernd Gerdes

Bernd Gerdes ( born November 3, 1989 in Cloppenburg ) is a German football player. It is used as a defensive midfielder and is since 2012 at BV Cloppenburg under contract.

Career

Gerdes began playing football at BV Kneheim before moving in 2001 to BV Cloppenburg, where he already sat down in the first men's team as a youth player. He reached with his club in 2007/ 08 to qualify for the Regional, where he graduated 32 games as a regular player and scored four goals. Nevertheless, he rose from the BVC.

In the following season 2009/10 Werder Bremen signed him for playing in the 3rd league reserve team. He was on 25 July 2009, his professional league debut when he played through a goalless home draw against FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt. Overall, he came up with 30 missions, where he has ever played 15 times and 15 times off the bench from the beginning. In 2011, he brought it to 20 missions, where he remained as last season without scoring; he managed with the Werderanern last but one in the league since two better placed teams received a new license.

For the season 2011/12 moved to KSV Hessen Kassel Gerdes in the Regionalliga Süd. He made ​​his debut on the opening day against SC Freiburg II, when he was asked by coach Christian Hock in the starting lineup.

For the 2012/13 season he moved back to its old venue BV Cloppenburg in the Regionalliga Nord. His debut at the BVC were Gerdes match day 1 of the Regionalliga Nord against FC St. Pauli II, the BVC lost with 2:4. In the 4th game against the Goslar SC 08, he scored his first goal of the season for BV Cloppenburg and his first for over 3 years. At the end of the BVC won clearly 5-1.
