Betty McKinnon

Betty McKinnon, actually, Elizabeth L. McKinnon, ( born January 1, 1924) is a former Australian sprinter.

At the Olympic Games in London in 1948, she won the team silver medal in the 4 x 100 - meter relay with teammates Shirley Strickland, June Maston and Joyce King, behind the team of the Netherlands ( gold ) and before the team of Canada ( bronze).

In the Australian Track & Field Championships 1947-1948 she was over 100 yards and 220 yards respectively third parties.
