Bieber is a small town in Lassen County in the U.S. state of California.
The place is located on a through which the Pit River plateau at the California State Route 299
579 inhabitants Bieber (2000 ) and lies at an altitude of 1250 m. Bieber is the main town of the valley Big Valley, which still belong to the places Nubieber and Adin.
Named is the place for a Nathan Bieber, an immigrant from Posen. He came in 1877 in the small settlement at the Pit River and was postmaster. As he soon also opened a shop in the town, named it the growing place soon after him.
