The beer creek rises in the northern Odenwald and marked on its course to the east the boundary between the Brensbach Wersau district in the north and Fränkisch- Crumbach in the south. The only settlement on these waters is the hamlet Bierenbach. The beer creek flows near Brensbach in the Gersprenz.
