Big Island (Hudson Strait, Nunavut)

Big Iceland is an uninhabited island in the Qikiqtaaluk Region of the Canadian territory of Nunavut. It lies off the south coast of Baffin Iceland in the Hudson Strait. The partially just 3 km wide White Strait separates the two islands from each other. The nearest town is approximately 30 km north-east located on Baffin Iceland Kimmirut. The land area is 803 km ².

Other islands in the immediate vicinity are Emma Iceland and Iceland Rabbit, High Bluff Iceland and the Upper Savage Islands.

There are two other much smaller islands in the Qikiqtaaluk Region of Nunavut, the "Big Iceland " call themselves.
