Criticism

  • Water and electrolytes loss, which is caused by the heat can lead to muscle cramps and circulatory collapse. Therefore, heart or circulatory problems, such as too low or too high blood pressure, be investigated by a doctor. It is recommended that prior to an adequate intake of water, electrolytes and glucose and, if necessary, to pay attention during training.
  • The warming-up is not provided by the room temperature, but is carried out only in the active contraction of the muscles.
  • The alleged " detoxification " is scientifically untenable.
